The problem is that you are disconnected from your desires. This is a sort of psychological weariness, and sounds a b8it like depression.

However, it might simply be a product of self indulgence and laziness, or from being stuck in routinous ways of thinking and behaving.

It would be best if you gave more details of your situation, but if I were you I´d take the advice of Cole Porter and...

"Experiment
Make it your motto day and night
Experiment
And it will lead you to the light
The apple on the top of the tree
Is never too high to achieve
So take an example from Eve
Experiment
Be curious
Though interfering friends may frown,
Get furious
Aat each attempt to hold you down
If this advice you'll only employ
The future can offer you infinite joy
And merriment
Experiment
And you'll see"

If nothing feels right then thats great, go with nothing (theres nothing in me head right now so i've nothing to worry about)

If nothing feels wrong then go with that as well. I can't think of anything to back up my argument and thats why there's no problem!

I wish you'd given a little more detail to your question. If I understand you, you haven't got a problem. There is no absolute
"right" or "wrong." Everything is a matter of perception. Judging right & wrong--subjectively--creates the most havoc in our world.

I am not sure but I think I know what you mean, Hard to explain but if you try to be more possitive about the things that dont feel right then things will begin to feel right again. I think you have to be possitive about life in general and not question things so closely.

I want to answer this seriously but need more details. Have you felt this way for long? Do you need more emotions in your life? Do you need more excitement? Are you finding it difficult to feel about things you do, either good or bad? You could try self development? Is there an "Introduction to counselling course in your area?". If I am way off the mark please let me know and I will try again.

Is this in a relationship or in life in general.

In a relationship, there is no chemistry between you. You should just be friends.

In life in general, you need to find something to be passionate about. Find a job. volunteer. take up a hobby. Everyone needs passion in their life, if not in a person, in something.
It's hard to get up in the morning without something to be excited about.
Go out there and explore.

You may be a sociopath. But this is probably not the case.

Are you on prozac? Antidepressants basically level of your emotions and as such will lead to such symptoms.

Perhaps you have a hormone imbalance of some kind.

Or you are exceedingly jaded.

Sounds like depression, the lack of wanting to make any decisions in life is a symptom. Get down to the doctor and see what he thinks.
