No matter whether the vocalist is Irish, Texan, or Australian, you rarely can notice an accent during songs.

Why is this?

A lot of that has to do with fact that accents are accentuations of certain parts of sentences, and the speed at which they are spoken. Whenever someone sings, though, their voice accentuates words according to the rhythm and tone of the song.

There are some times when you can still here the accent. If you've ever heard an Irish person sing Danny Boy, rarely is there not a strong accent in the singing.

some do like Elton John and Mick Jagger. Greenday and The Killers attempt to sing with English accents. you will desire to compliment women like Sophie Ellis Bextor for making a track in a staunch English accessory, it would not artwork each and all the time nevertheless, the comparable way that Shakespeare sounds ludicrous with an American accessory. bear in mind there are various adjustments in the English accessory, no longer continuously detectable to the untrained ear as Angela D says under (nevertheless some English artists do certainly sing with American accents), you would be able to think of it truly is American while it certainly isn't. EDIT Pavel C delivers the needed "fool reaction" needed for each thrilling question. bear in mind whose language it truly is Pavel C, regardless of the sound (would besides communicate to him at his very own point).

Well, it's quite common for the voice to be tweaked during recording, thus removing the accent with the technology we have nowadays. Not sure how else it could work.
