As a man, you are supposed to be strong and never cry. If your family members die, i would suggest crying a bit, if you can. After all, even Jesus wept. There is a proper time and place. Being a cry baby is probably the worst thing a man can do, however; no one will say a thing if it is warranted by the circumstances. Bottling up emotions is never a good thing. Let them pass and be done with them.

Yes. If you don't cry you are holding in those feelings you need to get out. You know this that is why you asked. RIght? If you are a guy I understand where you are coming from. My husband doesn't cry often either. I can count on one hand how many times I have seen him cry. But it is good to release the tension. It is OK to cry!

Once a friend told me that if I'm able to drop a tear when watching a beautiful flower, the smile of a child or the eyes of an old person... means that I'm close to myself... and that's good.
When I'm full of worries, work and pressure... I get far from myself, I have no time... and I can't get strong emotions. Then I realize I need a break, go fishing, riding a bike, checking the nature, play with my kids, listen to my favorite music and sing like a crazy!
Remember you can cry of happiness!

It depends on what you mean by cry. If tears have never formed in your eye, you probably have a problem with your tear ducts. This can cause irritation to the eye, due to a lack of liquid and cleaning. If you have never felt sad and felt like crying, then you are probably surrounded by people that you dont love, and that dont love you. This can often lead to depression or suicidal thoughts, so talk to a psychiatrist if this is your problem.

Yes. If you feel like crying - cry. Get it out. There is nothing demasculating about it, unless you have that attitude about it. There are always rewards for honesty with yourself.
You shouldn't broadcast it, but keep it as private as you can and let your body run its natural courses. Cry. How could that possibly be a bad thing?

Yeah ...
But I think there is a difference of "needing" to cry and not crying because its not "cry worthy" enough..

It could be.
Crying is something we do to express how we feel, sometimes you need to cry to really express your feelings because words can't always show people how you feel.
