I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I've already been to the doctor and the pregnancy has already been confirmed. I just went to the restroom and when I wiped I saw a small amount of blood. There wasn't any in the toilet and it wasn't "dripping" out it was just on the toilet paper. Well the thing is that I just had a miscarriage about 3 months ago and I'm afraid that I'm going to have another one. Do you think I might be having another one or what could it be?

i had extensively bleeding this weekend and i'm in week 9. they were sure i had miscarried but my twins are still hanging on with strong heartbeats. spotting in early pregnancy is somewhat "normal". if it's not heavy with cramping, they're going to tell u to take it easy, elevate your feet and come in if it's gotten heavy. (soaking a pad per hour). i know exactly how you feel though. i've gone thru miscarriages and now pregnant with bleeding of that magnitude, i was beyond frightened. you can go to ER if you're still uncomfortable with what your doc says. they will give an ultrasound, seeing or hearing a heartbeat will put your mind at ease. i'll pray for you, i already have. good luck sweetheart

this may sound weird to you, but you may be checking too much and cut yourself. I had a miscarraige in Feb. I got pregnant with my current baby soon after in april, I was so scared that I would see something wrong I was running to the bathroom and wiping and trying to make sure I get to my discharge to make sure nothing was wrong and It ended up getting sore and bleed a little. Also when did you go to the doc? Did he do an internal or have you recently had sex? this will do it as well. Just relax you never know when a miscarraige will happen, but I am walking proof that a pregnancy close to a miscarraige can work out and be healthy. Good luck, with no cramping im sure you are fine.

Ok this could be a few different things,,
1- you could have scraped yourself when you were wiping and that made a little blood i have done it myself.
2- If you are afraid i would lay down and see what happens the next time when you go to the bathroom or go in and wipe again..
3-relax and dont get upset cause that can have inpact on the baby..put your legs up and relax
If you think you could be miscarrying, go to the emergency room but i would try these things first cause you dont want a doctor to prick and poke you and cause you to miscarrry,,
Good luck to you !!

Huh? You had a miscarriage about 3 months ago. You are confirmed pregnant by a real doctor.
okay. Well call the doctor and tell him your problem. He is the only one who can tell you what is happening with your pregnancy. In all seriousness, no one here can really help you because none of us are doctors

I did the same thing but I was more like 12 weeks. I too have had miscarriages (5 total) so I understand how you are feeling. As soon as I saw blood I went to the ER, it was determined that it was likely the cause of having sex the day before. My suggestion, go to the ER have them check your blood and progesterone levels, low progesterone was the cause of my previous losses, all but one anyway. If your last loss was around the same time I would be sure it was your hormones. God bless

Call the doctor and keep track of how often this is happening before you see the doc. The size and amount. EX Dime size light dark whatever you see. If you can't get in to the doc go to the ER

Yeah it could be a miscarriage. I had one in 2002 at six weeks, and it started just like that, but then the bleeding got heavier and heavier. If the bleeding stops, then you probably shouldn't worry, but call your doctor if it continues.

Some women have break-thru bleeding and it's completely normal. But if you are having cramps and excessive bleeding then I would see the doc. Otherwise I think you are fine. Take it easy for a day or so, the bleeding should stop
