can guys carry messenger bags? I cant stand it. I thought that all guys only needed to carry things that can fit in their wallet please help me!!!!!!!

Well it depends on what you're carrying. If you're using one for classes or something, you won't exactly be able to fit books, etc in your pockets. I see plenty of guys using messenger bags- it's not gay, lol.

my gaybest friend is in love with man bags. but there are PLENTY of straight men that carry them. i think they are very fashionable, and functional. its better than an ugly backpack . i see alot of men on the train and in the city with messenger bags. there only so their pockets arent stuffed or so they can carry something that will not fit in their pockets? . i carry a handbag, because i hate things in my pockets. and also, if i only have a few things or go someplace where i dont need my glasses sunglasses phone, ipod, pens, makeup, keys, tampons and stuff for school. i generally dont carry a bag. but i dont think guys should be judged for carrying all of their stuff in a bag that has great function, i think messenger bags are to the side of a person for added security, anyone can unzip a backpack bechind you and you might never notice.
+ i hate when people describe an object as homosexual.

If they need to carry books or files or even a laptop what is wrong with a messenger bag? European guys carry bags, which some refer to as "man purses" and not all of them are gay. You gotta use what works for you. Anyone, man or woman, is lucky if he/she only needs what can fit in his/her back pocket. but often people seem to want to have more than that at hand.

Are you serious? What's the difference what they carry or what they're sexual preference is? I can't believe this question. I am a heterosexual, married 33yrs have 3 grown children, and 3 grandkids. My best friend is a gay male. We've been friends for about 10 yrs. and he's always been like part of our family, holidays and all. I get so annoyed at these questions.

I extremely have not something against gays OR messenger bags, yet i don't think of they seem gay... i think of thong turn flops on adult men seem worse. *gag*

If your in a mcguyver situation a messenger bag is great. I collect random things and keep them in my bag. Stun gun, rope, rubber gloves, cough pills, matches, sparklers, smoke bomb, honey, head phones, wrench and more. I'm sort of a pack rat but there are useful items that don't fit in a pocket.

Hell no!..Messager bags aren't gay. Guys and girls can carry them. I seen guys carry them and they're not gay. If u want a messager bag...who cares?!?! Just buy ti and you'll be happier. Nobody's gonna make fun of you or anything and if they do...just say this..."oh yea...well **** you!"

Screw what people think, this american standard of whows better than who makes me sick! Individuals are shunned, and the ones who follow the herd are accepted. In my opinion if someone said "HEY YOUR BAG IS GAY!" I would buy a pink one the next day, and smack that person in the head with it.

Wear whatever you like and be secure in yourself. If you're man enough you can make whatever you carry or wear as manly as you like.
If you're so insecure, buy one with like a sports logo or rub some grease on it or something....and never wash it so it smells "manly"
