Tough one!
A's over Tigers in 7!
Mets over Cardinals in 5!
A's over Mets in 6!
Reasons: A's have an edge by having home field, pitching, and they do the little things a littel bit better than everyone else. It will be a very close series.
Mets because of their offense, but also because their pitching (even without Pedro and El Duque) is better then the Cardinals. The Cards will win one because they have Carpenter, but they will lose because they have guys like Weaver.
A's will get the Mets because of their pitching. The Mets will win a couple because of their offense and the DH, but the A's pitching is too deep and they can play a NL style of baseball.
