Correlation coefficient:

r = sum i=1 to n (w(i)-mw)(c(i)-mc) / ((n-1)*sw*sc)

w(i)=ith weight
c(i)=ith consumption
mw=mean wt
mc=mean consumption
sw=std deviation of wt
sc=std deviation of consumption
n=number of samples

Then, predicted consumption for w=3000 is

c = sc*zc+mc

where zc=zw*r, and zw=(3000-mw)/sw.
