Do you prefer large purses or backpacks to carry your school stuff?

Most of my school years I used a backpack. Halfway through HS I started using a messenger bag. The last year or so I didn't use anything, I just carried whatever I needed for whatever class with me. My first few weeks of college I used a messenger bag again, but then stopped in favor of carrying whatever books/notebooks I needed for the class I was going to. But as for a large purse or backpack- I'd probably use a large purse, so I could have books, etc as well as various personal items in the same bag.

Large purses like Marykate and Ashley or Nicole Simpson carrys. Backpacks are pretty much out unless you are using them to carry books.

umm....well if its a large purse it MUST be stylish and not tooo big...but i have a backpack at the moment...i usually cant put all of my stuff in a large purse

I pefer backpacks. I don't really like purses.

i prefer to wear a large purse because you can do so much with it

Backpacks, definitely. If you're carrying all those books, your shoulder will get so sore and cause neck problems too.

ok i would say purse because i mean nobody uses backpacks well i don't i do not like or if you don't now do not bring nothin!
