It could be anything from low energy food intake to not enough vitamins.

Have you tried taking some of those over the counter vitamins like Centrum?

Go to a doctor and get yourself checked out. Low energy could be a sign of Diabetes.

Always seek a doctors advice before doing anything radical. An iron supplement might help and you can get one from a health food store. Geritol worked for me.

If you're eating a balanced diet and not junk food, and if you are getting enough sleep and are not enemic, you could be going through a growth spurt--assuming you are a teen--that will exhaust your body. Or you could be feeling down.

You could be anemic (low iron) but get your blood checked before takingt extra iron. Too much iron in men is bad. Also, you could have mono. Do you also feel bad? Go to the doc.

Try amphetamines. Baseball players use them. Ever heard of greenies. Hitler and the nazis took amphetamines also. I'm not talking about meth amphetamine though. Thats an illegal drug. Either your doctor can prescribe them or buy them off a dealer. Peace.
