Raven and Crow both as far as I am aware of are revered by the North American Indians. Are they bringing you bad luck or are you seeing it as bad luck do to the color of them (Black).

I personally don't think so because i love crows, (and ravens just as much if not more) It depends on who is telling the story though really. Some people like crows, and others think they're evil because they're scavengers. So you probably noticed that they are usually the servants of the bad guys in a lot of stories. However, there are other stories that say that the crows are good, they're just annoying because they're thieves and they can't get enough of mischief.

Not at all. That comes from ancient religions association of Crows with the Crone aspect of the Goddess. Death scares many people, but Crows are also thought to be ferriers of the soul to the Other land.

Some cultures actually view them as good luck, as messengers of the gods. While traveling several years ago a crow dropped one of its flight feathers in my path. I put it in the brim of the hat that I always wear when I am traveling, and I am willing to believe that it has brought me a bit of luck.

Crows are our friends. They warn us of danger. If one flies
in front of you to the left. Be on gaurd for something
misfortunate. If one flies to the right, that's a good omen.
I heard there are spots that have positive energy, and
negative energy. Once, a crow kept cawing at me. I said
"Hello brother", and kept walking. Suddenly, I walked through
a spot on a hillside that felt like it was draining the energy out of me.
I barely got through it without falling out!

this depends on the culture and society in which you live in addition to a personal opinion. find that crows can be good luck but ravens are better. guess this goes back to my spirit guides though.

it depends on your beliefs... Europeans, depending on country of origen, often have myths about the crow/raven being bad luck.
The native american cultuers are slightly different. Many see the crow/raven as good luck.

Nothing brings good or bad luck. It all resides in the mind and the laws of probability.
