That what they do. Not only do they do that with soap but with a lot of other products as well. They are capitalizing on the less produce for more money at times.

Hi you can always right to the makers of the soap if you are not satisfied, there will be an address or number on the back. If they get enough complaints then they will got back to normal.

same reson your 99c bag of chips has goten smaller insted of raising the price they make the product smaller to cope with higher cost of doing buisness
