The average height of a human is about 1.7 meters (.0017km).
.0017 x 6,000,000,000 = 10,200,000km
10,2000,000 / 40,000 = 255 times around the equator.

Even if the average height of a person is 1.5m (much less than than the true average for sure!) , that would equate to 9million metres.
9 000 000/200 =45 000 > 40 000 Km

40,000km * 200 = 8 million km = 8 billion m.

This statement assumes that each person occupies 4/3 m, which is about 4 ft.
