I Can't find anything on the Web at all. Its located as the 'Codebase' on several activeX files in my 'Downloaded program files'.

Have you been downloading any beta's... I did find some reference if you piece it *FR2606.exe and gdnFR*.* mostly is showing medical things that you might have tried to access... no known ad ware or spyware.. make a restore point, delete it... if your system works no problem if not you can restore back.

What activex files are these and what are they doing?

"Downloaded program files" are downloaded "by" Internet Explorer, and it might just be a randomized filename.
