What is the best way to find jobs in HR for someone without experience in London?

I am trying to find a job in London in Human Recources but do not have enough experienceoffice type of work for most agencies to send my CV to the respective companies. Is there any shotcuts? What is the best way to start off my career. I already have variouse qualifications in HR.

If you really do have valid HR qualifications, then join the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. That'll look good on your cv.
