The quagga is (or was) a type of horse with zebra like stripes on its forequarters and plain, like a horse, behind. It has been proved that it was a subspecies of the Plains Zebra.

Go to google and type quagga. I got thousands of hits. Now since you REALLY need this, I suggest you start searching and find it.
