Metallica. Listen to Whiplash. It is screaming along and then it gets a whole lot faster. Probably, my favorite album is the first one. I heard them early on and have been a fan ever since. The later stuff is very produced and doesn't have that raw sound. They have lots of really heavy stuff, but they can also play the instruments very well.

Motley Crue. Because they are a great band. My fav. album is Too Fast For Love. (Oh and to everyone who says that the Crue isn't metal, they were in the 80s).

Loved Motley Crew when they first came out. Shout at the Devil was the best album. I was in love with Nikki Sixx and carried around a pick of him until after I got married..lol...Wow that was along time ago.

AC/DC - album "Live"

Brings back great memories of high school, and the fact that they were the one group my mother HATED!

Also Cheap Trick, but I'm not real sure that goes to heavy metal.

The Cyrkle - Their song Red Rubber Ball rocks.

I should have known you'd bid me farewell
There's a lesson to be learned from this and I learned it very well
Now I know you're not the only starfish in the sea
If I never hear your name again, it's all the same to me

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

You never care for secrets I confide
For you I'm just an ornament, somethin' for your pride
Always runnin', never carin', that's the life you live
Stolen minutes of your time were all ya had to give

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball
