Feather boa, black leather pants, a nice halter or tee-shirt, platform shoes, a belt with big belt buckle, heavy make-up with glitter and funky spiked hair.

Hey you asked about the Halloween craft and gave me ten points. Thanks!!! You asked what dum-dums are. They're the little suckers sometimes hard to find but if you go to a drug store and ask someone that works there they'll know. I always buy mine at K-Mart they have the big bags. wear a boa, thats cute. and wear tight er clothes, preferably frilly things or halter. flared pants, tall shoes. wear bright stuff, and make sure your hair is NOT frizzy, and put it up.
try to wear a silvery belt!
