They won far and square! If it wasnt meant for them to win, they wouldnt have won. Things happen for a reason.

The only reason rolosoon went down is because of one of the oilers players pushed Andrew Ladd into him. Maybe you should rewatch the game.

Carolina winning the Stanley Cup was nothing but luck, the only team Carolina ACTUALLY won against was New Jersey. Carolina was on their way to be swept by Montreal but then Saku Koivu was injured and then they won, then later they played Buffalo, and beat them because Buffalo was missing most of there main defensive players. So not only was it a fluke that they got to the final but then in game 1 the Oilers lost there star goalie and Oilers STILL made it to game seven of the finals.

I find it almost humorous that Canes' fans forget that Dwayne Roloson went down in game one.
If he didn't, that ring would have a big Oiler logo on it.

Caniac... Did I mention or suggest anything on how he went down? I stated an obvious fact here. The best goalie in the series went down with an injury, thus swinging momentum of the finals the Canes' way.
