Go to the Social Security Office and they will give you a list of all the jobs you had. That will give you your personal job history.

get out any thing like scraps of information on pay checks stub, friends you use to work with and ask when they worked with you. mainly everybody just makes it up the best they can after they find that short employment are a way of life now you can visit each place you have worked and get what you can from them but mostly people just make it up as close as they can and they are doing that everyday

Tax Office!!! They have a list of any place you were employed with and every had taxes taken out of your pay.
So Social Security Office and Tax Office.
