I liked the British version alot, but I think the American version is better due to Steve Carrell. He makes things very uncomfortable which makes it that much better. Also, the American people are easier on the eyes than the British.

The British version had better writing and didn't try to make a drama out of it. But the American version has better characters. For example Dwight is a better character then Gareth.

The British version is much funnier- in that oh-so-dry British kind of way.

i'm 50% American, 20percentSpanish, 30% British and a few tiny little bit of me is German. i'm proud to be American, I extremely have lived in the two and that i will say i don't purely like the united kingdom- u . s . a . is lots extra perfect. the persons, the existence-style, the cities etc. my mom is u . s . a ., my dad is a million/2 Spanish a million/2 English - born in uk yet stay and love u . s . a .. So I vote u . s . a .. bypass u.s.!!

I love the NBC version, so I tried watching the BBC version. "Tried" because it was unwatchable.
