I think he would be activelly in volved with protesting the war in Iraq and other humanitarian causes. As well as releasing the occasional album. Good chance the Beatles would have done a reunion if he were still around. (and George obviously)

He would probably be protesting much of the recent activity of the current administration.

Kind of off the subject, but I remember reading a science-fiction novel (can't remember the name) about a world where, among other things, John Lennon was never killed. He was known as the Secular Pope and was greatly reveared by a large number of people.
