No form of contraception is 100% safe. However, it is good to know that you are practising safe sex.

If you have concerns, ask for an urgent appointment to speak to your GP about the reliability of the pill you are taking and ask for his advice.

You seem to be sensible and take your pill regularly and at regular times so you should not have a problem but the most sensible thing to do is speak to your GP. There is no point taking unnecessary medication!

Oh dear - have just read some of the other replies. What do they mean "if you are not ready for a baby, don't have sex"? What a boring place the world would be if people ONLY had sex when they wanted a baby!!! So many women would probably only have sex TWICE in their lifetime!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get real people, this young lady is being very sensible - if a little paranoid - and rather she takes sensible precautions than bring an unwanted baby into the world.

if you take the pill everyday the same time and the condom came off when he was getting out i think you should be ok but if you are still not comfortable then take the morning after pill

as nothing is 100% effective except abstinence, and you think there is a chance that you are in the middle of your cycle that you could get pregnant, I would call your physician. Because you take the pill same time every day, the chances are unlikely, however, I'm living proof that doesn't always work. Both pregnancies were conceived on the pill.

As a person on birth control with having had this problem several times before, it depends on how long you've been on birth control. If you've only been on it less then two months take the morning after pill. If you've been on it over two months and have not missed a pill in your last pack, you're fine.

The pill is usually 99.9 percent effective and using a condom for extra protection is even better. if you feel that the morning after pill will give you a bit of comfort then please go and get it. Maybe the clinic can help you with any future concerns you may have.

The pill is 99% effective if you take it as directed. It sounds as if you have been so you should have nothing to worry about. I wouldn't take the morning after pill in your case, it can have severe side effects and I don't think it's really necessary for you in this case.

Yes you are. If you are on the pill and take it faithfully you are 97% safe. Only from getting preg. Not from S.T.D.s Tell your boyfriend to buy the right size or not stay in till he is soft and you can be less tense

there's a 1-2% you could be pregnant. When was this? Last night? too late for morning after pill.

IF you aren't ready to have a baby, then don't have sex.
