If you are feeling fatigue then it could be a number of things. What you eat and the time you eat, stress, depression, diabetes, being overweight, etc. You should re-evaluate Ur life and talk with a physician. Even though it may seem minor it could be MAJOR!

It might be from anemia. I have this and when I don't be careful I feel drained and tired all the time. Try eating things with more iron like spinach and red meat...although becareful with the spinach if you live in the U.S because apparently there was an Echoli break out in some spinach...so yeah might wanna wait a month before you eat spinach lol but try red meat

Low iron, hyperglycemia, Problems with the thyroid gland, which regulates the way the body uses energy.
A low thyroid level (hypothyroidism) can cause fatigue, weakness, lethargy, weight gain, depression, memory problems, constipation, dry skin, intolerance to cold, coarse and thinning hair, brittle nails, or a yellowish tint to the skin.
A high thyroid level (hyperthyroidism) can cause fatigue, weight loss, increased heart rate, intolerance to heat, sweating, irritability, anxiety, muscle weakness, and thyroid enlargement.

Not getting a good full night's rest or it could be a hormonal imbalance of some sort. Try taking vitamins and getting more sleep. You could try working out to. That will really boost your energy levels. If that doesn't work talk to a doctor.

Many things. Have a few lab tests done if you can afford to. Depression could be the cause. Inventory your feelings and go from there.
