I have several family/friends that want to invest in something I plan to start. What is the best way to structure this? 4-8 investors, I personally have little or no equity in this venture. If you need more details just let me know. Thanks

If you have no equity, I would suggest you make that very clear to your investors. It does not sound like you want to have any risk and as an investor, I would not be comfortable with that.

Unless you change that, I would incorporate and divide 100% of the stock to the investors. You would get a salary based on performance, but not receive any benefit from the company should it succeed.
