Your period wont stop however, because it's such a large volume of water compared to the volume of blood, the water will not go blood red so don't worry. I take baths all the time during my period and they are really heavy and I have no problems.

Only take showers when you have your period not to get infected. Of course your period doesn't stop when using a bathtub. If you use a bathtub of course you'll bleed in the water

Don't stress. The actual amount that you bleed on your period is like a 1/3 cup. But it mixes with other fluids and seems like more. No it won't stop when you get into the bath, but after you first get in you won't notice it much either.

Well, for me, when its heavy, you may have some leakage, but its normal. It wont be a stream of blood- you actually aren't losing that much blood to begin with. Don't be afraid of TSS, know the disease and what you can do to prevent it. Yes, wearing tampons all the time increases your risk, but its also wearing one too large for what you need to have absorbed. Example- wearing a super on the light days- unnecessary! Also, going too long in between times you change them- change often. It tells you every 4-8 hours- change them more often then that.

Yes, you will continue to bleed when you are in the bathtub. I would suggest you take showers for hygiene while you are menstrating.

Take a shower, it will come out if warm or hot water and cold just slows it down for that time. Showers are much cleaner.

You'll bleed in the bath. Woopdeedoo. It's not dirty or anything, it's just blood. Just rinse it off before you get out.
