No, and if you had the slightest knowledge of what is going on you would not have posted this.

While I think your analysis of the situation is a little simplistic, you ask a very valid question and I think it's really too bad people gave you a thumb's down.
When we first invaded Afghanistan, I thought it would send a message that the US was going to end terror. I was even convinced--in the beginning-- that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.
I now believe that we as American's were lied to. I believe Bush has a vendetta against Sadaam and is trying to clean up the loose ends his father left there.
I think he has his own personal reasons for being there, but I doubt he's been totally honest about why we're still there policing a bloody civil war.
To answer your questions, I don't know why we're at war--but I'd sure like to.
Peace!

Nah. You are the reason we have problems with terrorism. Because we have a representative democracy that obeys the will of the people, if you have too many people with their head firmly shoved up their ***, when evil/crazy regimes start thinking about world domination and genocide, the good nations of the world don't do anything early on. When things get too bad to ignore, we end up with a situation like what we have in Iraq. Had you not prevented us from dealing with this waaaaay back when the Islamic revolution took over Iran, the middle east would likely be a nice, normal place to live, instead of a depraved hell hole filled with psycho killers.
It's 100% YOUR fault.

Oh yeah terrorist just popped up since Bush went in to office. Let's not talk about all the terrorist acts that have plagued this world way before Bush was elected and he made a STAND against it. If we talked about the past we might realize it has always been a problem.

Okay,
Two airplanes crashed into the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
Since then, the U.S has been a little bit pissed off. It may have had something to do with the thousands of innocent people who died that day.
Bush was voted in by the U.S. After the war in Iraq, he was voted in again.
Look up the definition of "democracy" and you will learn that voting Americans played a large role in the war in Iraq. Why was it so popular? Refer to my first sentence.

No. terrorism is not Bush's fault.
He is the person that exacerbated the terrorist situation at the World Trade Centers into a war with Iraq (a country that had nothing to do with the terrorism).
You see the difference? He relates his nutty policy to terrorism to cause more damage to our country.

Yep, the people who support Bush with blind loyalty have a lot to answer for. If Bush told them he had evidence the earth, was, in fact flat, they would believe him. The art of being a moron lives on.

A. Congress voted! That is why we invaded Iraq (bad intelligence, yes, but they still voted).
B. 9/11 happened before we invaded Iraq.
C. We've had domestic terrorism in the US for sometime (Remember Oklahoma City, 1993 Twin Towers Attack, what about all the freaks who bomb abortion clinics)

to say it's President Bush's fault for any terrorism is absolutely ignorant. militant islam started to feverously grow during the 1970's..our first major conflict with being the storming of the U.S. Embassy in Iran, and the taking of American citizens hostage. was Bush responsible for that? absolutley not. modern terrorism as we now know it came to be during the Soviet Unions expansions, particularly in Afganastan. the fact that we believe in a different religion, we have different values, the simple fact that whites, blacks, asians, hispanics, men and women can all vote, can all take part in daily life equally, and be allowed to speak out, this is entirely wrong to them..they see us as infidels, which they wish to kill us all. whether you support President Bush or you hate him, they want to slit your throat in a heartbeat, because you are American. numerous attempts to attack American soil have been stopped, in fact all of them have been stopped since Bush became our president and since the security reforms following the attacks of September 11th. President Bush is the least of people to blame for terrorism.

there have been no terrorist attacks in the US since Bush's reaction to 9/11.
There were several attacks that happened under clintons administration, that were not responded to. Such as the bombing of the USS Cole, the bombing of the WTC, the attacks on US consulates.
