it is a constant moving and not stopping or slowing down, the body gets warm then hot . some people sweat more because their body holds more salt then others so they sweat out the salt..

Some people are just more efficient sweaters than others. They are better able to keep themselves cool than the rest of us.

beacause you are burning calories and the body is swating to keep from overheating...u need to drink plenty of water while cleaning to keep u hydrated
