People may express themselves using such language, but there are people that use them in every sentence that comes out of their mouth, I think its just how they were brought up-no manners.

No. Many of them have a profound grasp of the language but are easily frustrated and impatient. The use of profanity is as often a response to rudeness and social faux pas as it is an attempt to sound emphatic. It isn't as universally effective as the user might wish, but it does serve an important purpose in that it allows the person a release that might just save the provocative other a punch in the nose! It is in effect the provoked person asking which you would prefer, that he cuss you out or stomp your face in?

No. Profanity has a rightful place in our language. If you're angry enough, frusrated enough, or pissed off enough, profanity might actually feel good. But using it in the wrong circumstances, like in a restaurant, is not a good idea.

No, I think people use profanity to show their anger, or express themselves. It may not be "right" but I don't think it's absoloutely horrible either.
