As the buyer, would I have any recourse if the Seller failed to include a serious structural problem on the Disclosure Statement?

Both of the aforemention people are pretty much right, but if it is extremely obvious, the burdon would fall on them to prove they were just blind as heck about it. Take it to court.

Big loophole here. Only if you can prove the agent had knowledge of the defect and failed to disclose. Also, you must prove that the knowledge was within the scope of his contract with you. Example: an agent cannot see inside walls or foundations. A home inspection is worth the money. Short aswer: You would probably lose.
