How do I go into my laptop and see the recent internet usage on the hard drive. The temporary internet files were deleted and the cookies and history were also deleted. Is there another way of see what other people are doing on my computer. I is a HP with windows xp.

The only way would be to get a data recovery tool and see what you can undelete.

No, there is no other way. You could try getting some software that can undelete files - just search for undelete computer files on Google.

You can install monitoring software on your computer so that you can track usage in the future. Just search for computer monitoring software, and you'll find lots of options.

unless you have file recovery software and a lot of time, the best way to see recent Internet usage is to use restore.

the only way that I see is to get a file recovery program and recover the files from their location on the C drive if that is possible

there are softwares that can get back those kinds of files. go to http://www.download.com and search for them.
