okay, sweetie. . . relax. the more tense you are, the harder its going to be trying to get it out. This has happened to me before.
So your best option might be sit on the toilet and push, almost like your using the bathroom. I will kinda push it out. You might also want to try and lubricate your genital area, and try pushing as well.
If that doesnt work, you might want to go to the hospital and have it removed. Under no circumstances are you to allow the tampon to remain in your vagina. Im sure that you know that the risk of using tampons is TSS, toxic shock syndrome. The longer you leave the tampon in, the greater risk for infection. So you have to get it out!
Telling your mom is also an option, but i know that i would be totally uncomfortable asking my mom to go fishing for my tampon.
So good luck, i hope this helps you. . .

Actually believe it or not this happens to a lot of people that use tampons. Infact a women each month usually goes to the ER, because their tampon is stuck. You need to go to the ER, because if it is in there longer then what it is supose to be in for it can lead to other problems. Toxic shock, growth of bacteria.

Relax. Feel for the string. If you can't find it, insert your fingers inside your vagina and find the tampon and pull it out. If you have trouble reaching the tampon, try putting one foot up on the side of the tub and see if you can reach further up inside yourself. If that doesn't work, you might try laying down. Most importanly, relax and try to be calm so you can get it out.

No. Calm down. Relax. Tensing up only makes it worse. Gently insert both index finger and thumb. pulling on the string whilst using your pelvic floor muscles to push it out. It happens don't freak.

Okay just calm down...crying and freaking out and trying to pull it out is not going to make it any b etter..its just going to lodge itself up there worse....Dont call 911....try taking a hot bath and soaking...when your in the bath try tugging it just a lil bit dont try ripping it out and getting all hysterical...just pull on it here and there...its proably not ready to come out like theres not enough blood on it...so you might just need to wait for 30 minutes to an hour and then try again...just dont freak out...its going to come out..try sitting on the tolit and removing it if that doesnt work....goodluck to you

Just relax and calm down and then try again gently. If it's too dry in there, try putting some type of lubricant to help get it out. Good luck.

love relax..just take a few deap breathes.. tampons cant get lost (even if the string does fall off) just squat on the floor and put your fingers up there grab it and pull it out (it might sound and feel gross but its better then risking TSS) just remember to breathe and relax though!!

Calm down. You don't want to call her too soon. Wait a day and ask her for a second date. Then on the third date pop the question.

no i don't think its a 911 situation unless you want to be very embarrassed. clam down and call a family member. and ask them to help. then if it really won't come out then call 911.
