I need to find a good one to see for my 13th birthday party. It can be either in theaters or DVD.

Okay - This one is from 1985 - So the R rating is more of a PG-13 (I promise) I let my 12-yr old watch this one.

It is called Fright Night - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089175/

Scared the poop out of me when I saw it, starts out kind of corny but as you laugh it gets scarier and scarier... very cool!

Dude, Dawn of the Dead--on video. Or Silent Hill. Hmmm are either PG-13? If not, In the Mouth of Madness is pretty good..

Nothing's playing that's a horror movie, or for that reason, scary around here, just some of those G-Rated cartoons..

The Grudge. It's about a nurse in Japan who gets on the bad side of a ghost. Awesome, scary flick.

Army of Darkness is great. It is about a guy that goes back in time to fight zombies in medieval times.
