I dont know if the origyn of the FEz character was reveled, but i would like to know from which area of the world is that character???
I know the actor is latina american, but i want to know about the character.

It is possible for Fez to hail from the Dominican Republic. In "That Disco Episode" he shows instant recognition of the Merengue dance style, and this is that national dance of the Republic. Although it would be unlikely he would need to fly to Brazil and change planes if this was the case.
One possible reason why Fez's name and country of origin are never mentioned throughout the course of the series is because the creators did not want to stereotype the character as any particular ethnicity, thus making Fez a sort of representative of every other nation in the world come to learn about America.

Yep, they never revealed it on the show. However, wikipedia speculates that Trinidad and Tobago would be a credible guess for a country of origin for Fez based on the descriptions of his homeland given in the show.

They never revealed where Fez was from. Whenever He would mention his homeland, he would always say "From where ever it is I am from."

i believe he was born in Miami, however moved to Venezuela at age 3.
he is of Venezuela/Columbian descent.
