Chimichangas is basically burritos which have been deep fried. If you like Mexican food then you'll love Chimichangas.
Cook meat (shredded chicken, beef or pork) with Mexican seasonings such as cumin, chile powder, onions & garlic. Place a spoonful or two of this meat mixture and cheese (if you like) in the center of a tortilla. Slightly wet the edges of the tortilla to create a seal and then refrigerate. Once cold, deep fry the burrito.

chimi changa is just a deep fried burrito that is filled with shredded meat in a sauce. the burrito is sealed from both ends and not just one.
