Nothing wrong in telling the fact, if he truly loves u it would'nt be a problem, convince him tat u can meet him next week and tell him tat u love him, tats it sooo simple.

tell him you love him and cant wait to see him NOT.tell him you dont feel like it or you dont feel good make somthin up
