I would tell my pet parrot to say, "I seeeee yoouuuuu," in a slow, dark voice that will raise the hairs on everybody's arms who dare enters my house!
However, I believe the Space Clown would want Polly because a Space Clown told me that they are allergic to Parrots...

Being a sailor, well now it is mandatory to have a parrot, to that end we taught our parrot "Bruce" who speaks with a slight lisp and loves musicals and Lisa Minnelli, Bette Midler and Kylie Minogue,, he also walks with a mince,, well we taught him to say "Whothe a pretty boy themn" and "Polly wantht a crack"
