Download Bit Torrent and search torrent sites. Make sure you only try to download files that have seeders or there won't be anyone to download from. This is how I got both seasons of Carnivale. If you are confused, google for Bit Torrent there will be lots of information!

I suggest you visit http://www.mininova.org. In the television category, they have tons of episodes,including the newest ones. All you need to do is download the bit-torrent client.(i suggest utorrent)Cheers, and enjoy Lost!
