You need to call your local college and enroll in their nursing program. If you successfully passed your medical assistant course and it was from a reputable college some of the credits may transfer. Good Luck

Good luck. If you went to one of those 'TECHNICAL' schools, you have to start from the very bottom, as none of your credits will transfer to any college. You must first complete your basics, then apply for the rn program, which is usually limited in number, as in they only take so many applicants. They accept appllicants based on grades and attendance. Once you are accepted, it is very hard to work and go to rn school at the same time, almost impossible, so you need to consider this. You will have clinicals in the hospital which must be completed, and you will be on rotation. It is hard work, but worth it.
