Is it common to get a response to something you wrote the TV Networks about?

someone stated that they got a nasty reply from one of the Network's online webmasters to an issue that they had emailed online about and i was checking to see if that's at all possible.

I found that if you write nasty, you get nasty back. I wrote to WPDE about problems they had with equipment, and the Network executive wrote a very nice reply back to me. Told me how they were addressing the problems, and what the could not do.

If you RESPECT, you get RESPECT. Write your notes, I have answers from most TV Networks that I ever wrote to.
