They are inextricably linked, the Bush's and Saddam. But I would suggest the elder Bush's legacy was the super-economy of the 90's and the younger Bush's legacy will be the first leader to take the fight to the terrorists and win on their turf.

Well, there was the Taliban's ouster from power, for failure to hand over Usama. There was the streamlining of the government, by pulling more agencies together, under fewer departments... I think there is more to this story than you think.
Try looking at things without blinders.
That goes for the Pro-Bush crowd, too. He wasn't the best guy we had going, and his father rode in on Reagan's coat-tails. Were they bad? Not really. But, they weren't awesome, either.
