Is It normal to talk to yourself, out loud or in your head? I do both when I get frustrated or impatient about something.

As long as you don't answer yourself back in a different voice, you're OK.

I have a hard time defining normal, it means so many different things depending on who, what, when, where, etc.

I would think it is fine to talk to yourself, out loud or in your head. If someone has a problem with it, tell them to go talk to themsleves about it, you don't care.

I talk to myself all the time - it actually keeps me sane! But I never said I was normal.

Dunno, I have the same problem too. I'd really like it if someone answered to this.
Matter of fact, I do it every time...every time I'm alone.
Dunno. Am I sick? crazy? don't think so but...need an answer.
