Why is every gamer a fat retard with no future like the guy with the dumb hat above me is saying. I aint exactly He-man, but I do well in school, one year from my BA, in a well paying internship, and I am gorgeous lol, and when I feel like it I travel out into the sun for some fun.
There really isnt a correct answer man, look at what games are comign out for them, and then consider your budget.
I would love to get a PS3 and a 360, but I don't have a HDTV, and I would feel as if I was missing out on some of the experience, but then again you may not feel the same. So for me, Wii is a good choice right now, dont need a fancy TV to get he best experience and its much cheaper, and they got soem good games comign out from launch to Xmas. But down the long road I would love to ahve all three and a HDTV maybe by this time next year. We'll see lol.

It honestly depends what your needs are. I happen to buy a PS2 before an X Box in the current gen. But I will most likely buy the PS3 last, this time around, since the other two are more reasonably priced. Sorry, but $600 for a system is amazingly arrogant of Sony. I predict a 2nd iteration of the PS3, which does not offer the Blue Ray Player. That's what I'm waiting for, since nobody knows for sure, if Blue Ray, HD, or something else will take off in the DVD race for popularity.

Get the wii60 (Xbox 360 & Wii) PS3 costs too much and isn't worth it.
