the insructions on the side of my jar say to add water one drop at a time to restore softness. it also says to store it in a cool dry place with the lid on when not in use. good luck

u should at only a tablespoon of water in then put it in the microwave for 10 seconds or until it becomes soft.

you could try adding small amounts of water until its soft but i dont know if it would work

u shud try putting it in a very hot place maybe it will melt and become soft
