Why did they refuse to censor democrat pedophiles in the 80s?

Why are they against tough pedophilia laws (NorthEast)? Foley should be jailed, but the democrats keep tooting their own horn about morals and ethics. Funny stuff! LMAO.

Hi, I am a liberal Democrat and I don't support Nambla at all, thats a Republican thing with your guy Foley going after little boys and your speaker of the house shielding him. Don't blame your messes on us, this one is Y O U R S. I would be so much more impressed with the Republican Party if once, just once, they would own up to a mistake, admit it, apologize, clean it up, and then move on, like any adult does. Republican blame game politics is worse than childish. Grow up.

The Democrats do not openly support NAMBLA, they openly support the ACLU.

The ACLU openly supports NAMBLA.

So the Dems COVERTLY support NAMBLA by supporting the ACLU.

I disagree that anyone who has sex with a 17 year old is a pedophile. A pedophile preys on children, and a 17 year old is sexually mature and ALMOST adult. I disapprove of them preying on 17 year olds, but it is NOT pedophilia.

Is this your favorite smear job on the Democratic Party? You can do better than that! Democrats support cannibalism, and worship Satan, right?? They also torture baby bunnies!

On July 14, 1983 the House Ethics Committee concluded that Rep. Dan Crane (R-Ill.) and Rep. Gerry Studds (D-Mass.) had engaged in sexual relationships with minors, specifically 17-year-old congressional pages. In Crane's case, it was a 1980 relationship with a female page and in Studds's case, it was a 1973 relationship with a male page. Both representatives immediately pleaded guilty to the charges and the committee recommended reprimand for the two.

However, Rep. Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) demanded their expulsion [citation needed]. On July 20, 1983, the House voted for censure nearly unanimously[1], the first time that censure had been imposed for sexual misconduct. Crane, who subsequently apologized for his transgression, lost his bid for reelection in 1984

Not all of them do. Many Gay Rights groups have protested them being involved with various Rights rallies, and such. They don't want to be connected to them.

Not all Democrats feel this way. Certainly Nancy Pelosi does as she's even marched with the NAMBLA President. But not all.
