baby bingo is a fun game instead of numbers fill the squares in with things like maternity clothes, bottles, pacifier, etc.
u can also go to wal-mart or somethin and get those little clothes pins (they're really little) and at the begining of the shower when everyone is there give them a clothes pin and the rule is they can't say the word baby and if u hear some1 say baby then u get to keep their clothes pin and the person at the end of the shower that has the most wins a little prize or somethin

"Name that Tune":
Create a CD with a bunch of songs with the word "baby" in the title. The one who guesses the most titles wins!
Pop Culture game:
Anyone could play this game and it doesn't have to be played at a baby shower.
Print out a bunch of names (i.e. actors, political figures, sports figures, reality show people, etc) on labels; one name per label. The host will then place these stickers on all of your guests backs (one label at a time). Each person will have to guess the name of the person they have on their back by asking other guests a yes or no questions about this person (i.e. "Is she/he a blonde?" "Is my person a male?", ect). This is a great way for your guests to break the ice and interact with each other. It's really fun! The one who has the most labels at the end wins.
"Baby" game:
Get a bunch of safety pins (you can use the baby safety pins with diapers at the clasp or you can decorate them yourself) and start off by giving one to each guest. If you or another guest hear someone say the word "baby", you or they can collect the pin. The guest who collects the most pins at the end of the game wins.
"Paper clips"
You can fill a large bowl with rice and add paper clips. Blind fold the person who first had have them try to get as many paper clips out of the bowl as she can. This game is a lot harder than it sounds.
Have fun!

At my baby shower, my hostess, at the beginning of the shower, let everyone get something to drink. Then she came around with a bowl filled with ice cubes, that contained little plastic babies!!! She had frozen them inside the ice cubes the night before. Then who evers ice cube melts and when the baby floats to the top of the cup, that person wins. It was fun, and a game that lasted throughout the shower!!! Have fun!

Feel Mommy Up - Pin safety pins on the om-to-be's stomach. Blind fold quest one at a time and let them fill on the mommy to remove the pins. Whoever gets the most pins wins. I have used this before and no, no one has gotten stuck. You do have to have a mom with a good sense of humor for it to work well though.
Also you can fill a bottle with mints or small candies and ask each quest to quess how many are in the bottle. The win gets gift to give mom.
And finally the B-A-B-Y game. give each quest 4 clothes pins. (Mini ones are some at the craft stores.) Any time a guest says BABY they lost one pin to the guest who catches them saying it. The guest with the most pins wins.

5 or 6 jars of one-ingredient baby food with labels removed, marked with #1, #2, etc. (be sure to have your list of which is which). Pass them around and everyone has to write down what they think it is. Buy some that are the same color so it is harder to guess. They can smell, taste, whatever.
6 diapers and 6 varied chocolate candy bars. Lightly melt a small portion of each candy bar and smear it into a diaper, looking like you-know-what. Pass them around. Everyone has to guess what the candy bar is. Don't use peppermint patty -- too easy to guess. Baby Ruth, Krackel, $1,000,000, Snickers all are good ones to use. (Get photos of people with their noses in the diapers.)

one good one that i know is fill a big tube like a storage box full of diapers and let people guess how many are in the box. pass out something like little baby pins or something similar and no one can say the word baby. if anyone says baby, there pins are taken away from the person who herd it. and who has the most pins gets a prize

Take a roll of toilet paper and have every guest take off a strip that they think will fit exactly around mommy's tummy. Whoever gets closest wins a prize. My best friend did this at hers and it was fun without being time consuming. Too many games = bored guests

Fill a few diapers with melted chocolate bars (Butterfingers, Snickers, Almond Joys, etc.) to look like poop. Have the guests smell the diapers and guess which candy is in which diaper. It's kind of gross, but definitely gets the ball rolling and all your friends laughing.
