It was a horrible discrimination against the black community, lack of communication because of decision brought forth by George W. Bush to over complicate the amount of agencies responsible for the help effort, the lack of advance attention by the President and many individuals in the local sector...it was just horrible

IVAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! cuz it hit where i live (cayman islands) and up till now we are still recovering!
**but thats just my opinion**
and i cant comment on katrina cuz i didnt experience it! so i think IVAN was worse!
