the next time he has difficulty understanding the the word "no"
spell it out for him and then if he persists - thwack him in his knee cap.

guys don't know when to take no for an answer. So be clear to him when he trys again that you are not intrested and also tell him that you are seeing someone else, this usually turns guys off and they will move on. Also loose any contact with him and ignore him if he still takes no for a answer still then start to do little things that will make a guy think that you think he is a complete loser, Count to 4 (in your head) (fast) before you give him an answer to any of his questions, when you do answer give him short answers. Good luck with this problem.

just ignore him for awhile by not taking his calls and not communicating with him for a while will get rid of him the more you talk to him the more he thinks there is a chance or have a guy friend tell him politely that you are with him, its a little white lie but sometimes you have to do that

if he wont take no for an answer thats just plain freaky. Go tell someone like your parents or the police before he goes psycho. who knows what could happen to you when he does get crazy

Tell him you like someone else, be busy, and stay busy whenever he shows up.
Make it a point to always be too busy to talk to him other than saying, "hi", and eventually he'll get the message.

say it in a nice way with out saying no like start some thing and end it with a reason and if he undersand what you are saying hell know how you feel and if he dont wont to lisen tell him ti over cause if i was him i would be ******* pist

Tell him right now you're not interested in seeing anyone. I had to do it so he wouldn't think it was just him but everyone else as well was getting turned down.

If you really want to convince him, as his friend out one day when they're together. Although his friend should reject you, he just might accept. If his friend accepts and you're not interested in him, take him to Mcdonalds for a fishburger or diet cola.

That reminds me of my Buddy Dave...
He met his Wife and she didnt like him one bit!
He kept hanging aound, coming to see her, and she would do everything in her power to avoid him.
Eventually, he hung around long enough, so that she married him!
She has been happily married ever since!
