You can print blank forms out for you to fill out and file. Most major Office Supply stores should have those forms also. You will still have to pay filing fees and etc. probably not wise to file without an attorney, But you can file yourself, filing yourself is callled Pro-Se. GL

Depends on where you are from. Some states will allow it but very quickly are changing to where you have to hire a lawyer. However, if you are like me and couldn't afford a lawyer and divorce papers, go to your local defense fund of whatever state you live in they will represent you for little or no money. The fees are waived in court and if you do have to pay anything it is only 25-50 dollars. That will probably vary state to state though it shouldn't. I got the same lawyers through the defense fund of kentucky where I live and I got my divorce for free and I make 25000 a year. good luck!!!!! Any more questions you can email me at lady_lucktyree@yahoo.com or garysbaby8221984@wmconnect.com

I did .. I went to the State of California's website ... looked up family law and printed out a bunch of forms ... the only thing is you need to know what forms you will need for the divorce ... and every situation is different ... I had people from the county court ( most have personal legal aids there to help ) show me what I needed ... after that I did everything on my own ... !

Yes, but you'll first have to file for a legal separation. Depending on what your state law is, you'll have to wait 3-12 months before any judge will sign off on a "no contest" divorce (where you are both in agreement of the division of assets, financial support, and child custody issues). And you'll still have to pay at least $500-1000 depending on your state) to file this paperwork.

No, contact your lawyer or the courts where your divorce took place.
