sorry, it's not a real picture but i've seen some girls have these lips on a megazine too... how do they do that? lip gloss? or lip sick? lip balm? i really don't know... please help me

well if you want pouty, big lips...
you can put just lipbalm of any pink
you can also exfoliate ur lips with your toothbrush and brush ur lips..
do not use lipgloss or lipstick unless you want it to look fake..

First of all that picture is not a real person.
Second of all, you can use pretty much anything. I have found that using the wet & wild lip-gloss type lipstick is the best for getting pale pink lips.

If you cover your lips with lip pencil in a "nude" tone first. Fill in the whole lip. Then cover with a lip gloss..in a pale pink. Dont use anything with brown or beige in it.
Lise Watier...nude lipliner is great.
Use a gloss that does not have any shimmer or sparkle to it.

Try not drinking any water for a day, so that your lips are really dry and then add a lip balm. They are very pale pink then!

Pale pink lipstick . Lighten it with a lite blemish stick if you can't find a white lipstick . Also , blue lipstick can lighten as well , if mixed with a light pink .

i have a lipgloss from mac that i bought not knowing it would make my lips so light! exactly that color, it's called "c-thru" and is $14.
