Well, lady macbeth is the ambitous one right. So the first quote would be near the begining when she tells Macbeth that he needs to try for king because she becomes overly ambitious. Then the next would be when she starts to regret the ambition, out damed spot... then there's when she goes crazy and kills herself. Three improtant times when she changes in attitude that are sure to have a line in it that show change

Have you read the play? One is the "out damned spot" part...I think when she greets Macbeth at the beginning there might be something there...and then there's the plot to kill the king...try looking around there somewhere. She dies like halfway through and she doesn't have a whole lot of lines. Just look for the parts where she kind of sounds lost and hopeless.

"Come, you spirits who tend on mortal thoughts...unsex me here and fill me from the crown to the toe, top full of direst cruelty...come to my woman's breasts and take my milk for gall, you murdering ministers."
"A little water clears us of this deed."
"Out, damned spot! Out I say!!"
"To bed, to bed there's knocking at the gate! Come! Come, come, come, come, give me your hand! What's done cannot be undone. To bed, to bed, to bed..."

"out, out you damn spot" was clearly the focus of change for the play
